to join its surgical team in
Stuart, FL . This
full-time
role blends
OR first assist ,
inpatient rounding , and
outpatient clinic
work. Day schedule with
call ; final schedule details discussed during the interview. This position welcomes
new graduates with strong surgical rotations
(NPs must hold
RNFA ). You?ll collaborate closely with urologists and APPs, support patients across the perioperative continuum, and grow advanced procedural skills in a high-quality program. Key Responsibilities First assist
in urologic surgeries and procedures. Conduct
inpatient rounding : daily assessments, orders, progress notes, discharge planning. Manage
outpatient clinic
visits: H&P, diagnostics, treatment plans, medication management, patient education. Coordinate pre-op and post-op care, imaging, labs, and specialty referrals. Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, and ancillary teams to optimize outcomes. Requirements Licensed
NP (Florida APRN)
with
RNFA
credential
or
PA-C
licensed in Florida. Urology or surgical
experience preferred;
new grads with relevant surgical rotations encouraged . Strong perioperative, inpatient, and ambulatory care skills; team-oriented mindset. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision
