What You Will Do
- Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures.
- Communicate with patent offices regarding pending applications.
- Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical expertise.
- Interview inventors about new ideas.
Who You Are
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering, specifically semiconductor technology.
- Proficiency in English and Korean.
- 2+ years of patent drafting and/or prosecution experience (preferred).
- Excellent writing skills and academic credentials.
- Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (preferred).
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $185,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
