The Opportunity

You'll work directly with the CEO and CSO to own product strategy and technical delivery for our platform. We've built something customers genuinely value and now we need someone to help us scale intelligently.

You'll drive product vision from concept to deployment, leading our offshore engineering team to deliver features that solve real customer problems and accelerate our growth.

What You'll Own

• Drive comprehensive product roadmap development: translating customer needs and market opportunities into regular release cycles
• Lead and scale our offshore engineering team: manage sprints, prioritise backlogs, and ensure quality delivery across time zones
• Conduct customer discovery calls and synthesize feedback into actionable product requirements
• Define feature specifications and acceptance criteria that balance customer needs with technical constraints
• Analyse product usage data and metrics to identify growth levers and retention drivers
• Refine, tune and scale our RAG‑based AI system to improve accuracy and expand capabilities
• Establish product development processes that scale with our growing team

You're Perfect If You

• Have 5+ years in B2B SaaS product management (HR tech experience is gold)
• Have successfully managed distributed/offshore engineering teams and can drive technical excellence across time zones
• Excel at writing clear product, design and technical specifications
• Think in systems but execute with scrappy pragmatism
• Can balance customer requests with platform vision and technical debt
• Comfortable making technical trade‑offs and explaining them to stakeholders
• Actually enjoy customer calls and turning feedback into product improvements
