Role Overview
As Vice President of Product, you will define and execute Bigeyes product vision for the AI Trust Platform, encompassing data observability, sensitivity, governance and the AI guardian and.
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a core member of the executive team, youll lead our efforts to define a new category in enterprise AI trust, shaping company product strategy, productmarket fit, and growth direction. Youll lead a multidisciplinary product organization spanning product management, design, and strategy and youll serve as a public voice for Bigeyes vision through keynotes, customer presentations, and thought leadership.
You will work crossfunctionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a cohesive product experience that enables enterprises to adopt Agentic AI quickly and safely. Youll also lead design partner programs with forwardthinking enterprise customers, guiding coinnovation cycles that accelerate learning and productmarket fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead Bigeyes product vision and roadmap for the AI Trust Platform, establishing it as the enterprise control plane for governed Agentic AI.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, influencing company direction, investments, and longterm strategy.
- Translate emerging AI and data trends into actionable product strategies that drive measurable business and customer value.
- Act as a visible thought leader for Bigeye through keynote presentations, webinars, panels, and industry events, representing the companys leadership in AI trust and observability.
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify their biggest challenges in deploying and managing agentic AI systems, translating insights into roadmap priorities.
- Lead design partner programs that codevelop and validate new platform capabilities with early adopters.
- Build and maintain a highimpact roadmap that balances longterm innovation with nearterm delivery.
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering to deliver elegant, technically sophisticated products that scale across complex enterprise environments.
- Ensure consistent, highquality releases aligned to Bigeyes standards of reliability, usability, and trust.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a worldclass product organization known for clarity, creativity, and customer obsession.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and inclusion across distributed teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive leadership role at a SaaS, data infrastructure, or AI technology company.
- Proven success defining and scaling enterprise data platforms.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), multiagent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI observability or governance solutions.
- Demonstrated excellence in keynote presentations, customer storytelling, and executivelevel communication.
- Experience building and leading design partner or earlyaccess programs with enterprise customers.
- Strong technical fluency; able to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science leaders while maintaining a customerfirst perspective.
- Exceptional strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and measurable impact.
- Experience leading distributed, highperforming teams in fastscaling environments.

The Vice President of Product will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive team, driving product vision, strategy, and execution for all the modules within Bigeyes AI Trust Platform. This leader will own the roadmap, customer experience, and innovation strategy across data observability, sensitivity, governance, and the AI guardian.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and technically fluent product executive with deep experience in enterprise SaaS data solutions and a passion for AI innovation. They have a proven ability to build and scale enterprisegrade platforms, communicate a compelling product narrative through keynotes and customer presentations, and experience working with design partners to cocreate value with forwardthinking enterprise customers.

Compensation
- Base salary range $265,000-275,000 (+ equity)
