As a Senior Product Manager, Growth Lifecycle at Tools for Humanity, you will own the full user journey; This is a critical, highimpact role at the heart of Worlds growth and scale, driving the most strategically important parts of our user experience.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with product, design, data science, engineering, and marketing to align on growth strategies and execute at scale.
Own and evolve the World App homepage, leveraging machine learning to deliver personalized, contextaware content and smart user suggestions.
Use data and experimentation to identify growth opportunities, run A/B tests, and measure the impact of product changes across key lifecycle metrics.
Advocate for global users, ensuring product experiences are localized, culturally relevant, and impactful in diverse international markets.
You have 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record driving growth across activation, retention, and engagement funnels.
You are experienced in Performance Marketing, SEO.
You are highly datadriven, comfortable digging into metrics, collaborating with analysts and data scientists, and making evidencebased decisions.
Youve worked in international or multimarket environments, and understand the importance of localization and cultural nuance in driving global growth.
Obsessed with building delightful products, placing great care on user experience.
