As Director of Product Management, you’ll lead a global team responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse product portfolio — from concept to commercialization to phase-out. You’ll set the strategic direction, align cross-functional teams, and champion initiatives that enhance growth, profitability, and sustainability across markets. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing a long-term product strategy that supports company objectives and market expansion.
- Leading and mentoring a global team of Product Managers and Sales Support professionals.
- Translating customer and market insights into differentiated, high-value product offerings.
- Collaborating closely with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales to ensure flawless execution from development to delivery.
- Managing the full product lifecycle (“cradle to grave”) including new product introductions, pricing, positioning, and performance optimization.
- Embedding sustainability and circularity principles into all product development and lifecycle decisions.
- Representing Product Management across the organization and externally, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and brand vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive product management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional global teams and delivering innovative, profitable products.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex customer needs into strategic product solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
