Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

FHN is seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team of compassionate providers. As an Advanced Practice Provider at FHN, you will serve as a partner in healthcare, blending the art and science of nursing to provide a holistic care experience across the patient’s lifespan.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree or Doctorate (DNP) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).
Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license or eligibility to obtain one.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative practice agreement.
A passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care based on respect and dignity in a rural healthcare environment.
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative spirit for team-based care.

Salary range:
$121,529-$160,593 based on experience and qualifications
