FHN is seeking a dedicated
Nurse Practitioner
to join our community healthcare system. This outpatient-only position pairs you with a highly experienced, board-certified Family Medicine physician with a long tenure at FHN and a deep understanding of the community. Be part of an integrated healthcare network, as you work alongside multiple specialties including Podiatry , Women's Health , and the Center for Wound Healing .

Position Highlights
Outpatient practice with a loyal, established patient panel
Minimal on-call duties
Patient-centered scheduling: average of at least two patient visits per clinical hour while allowing time for thorough, relationship-based care
Requirements
Employed, full-time position
Current Illinois APRN license (or ability to obtain)
NP experience strongly preferred
Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care in a rural healthcare setting
Benefits
Salary range: $121,529-$160,593 based on experience and qualifications
