Elevation Consulting Solution is seeking a Superintendent Commercial Construction to join our team in Charlotte, NC 28269. Daily Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
Required Skills
Experience in general construction and commercial projects
Knowledge of take-offs, pre-construction, and construction management
Experience with multi-family construction and tenant improvements
Proficiency in PlanSwift, PlanGrid, and Sage Timberline
Strong skills in submittals, change orders, and scope development
Proficient in Construction Drawings
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with Punch Out Lists, Project Closeout, and Request For Information
Familiarity with Bluebeam, Blueprints, and Building Information Modeling
Strong subcontract management and negotiation skills
Salary and Benefits
Minimum Salary: $110,000.00
Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
