Position Summary Responsible for leading, directing, and mentoring sales and service teams to achieve branch outcomes. Leads business development goals, staffing levels, schedule and performance standards. Embraces and works to achieve the mission and values of the organization. Performs other special projects and assignments as directed by the Vice President/Regional Manager.

Salary range for this position is $82,321.72 - $96,243.68 with a progressive benefit package.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Adhere to the Credit Union Service Standards and demonstrate a positive member service focus at all times.

Demonstrate teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and through the completion of all duties.

Ensure confidentiality of member information.

Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Oversee and manage retail branch banking offices, which include sales, service and operations.

Implement plans to support achievement of goals and reinforce policies and procedures to comply with business and credit priorities.

Participate in community and business functions to ensure a positive image for the credit union.

Ensure efficient operations through continued assessment and improvement.

Monitor and report branch activities in key performance areas.

Develop and recommend annual branch performance targets.

Coach the branch to achieve business development activities, including networking, in‑branch selling, outbound phone selling, and targeted correspondence.

Hold employees accountable for performance, rewards/recognition for achieving goals, and retention of top talent.

Conduct periodic sales and service performance evaluations and prepare documentation for personnel files.

Coordinate scheduling, including overtime, leave absences, and produce periodic tracking reports for HR.

Promote professional development through training.

Handle HR responsibilities for personnel supervised, including hiring, termination, performance review, and salary recommendation.

Participate in community service organizations and credit union events on an annual basis.

Job Requirements and Expectations

At least five years of credit union or related experience; minimum of two years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership ability.

High energy and ability to engage individuals to successfully win business and open accounts.

Thorough knowledge of products and services; ensures appropriate application of the credit union’s policies and procedures.

Ability to network and build relationships to grow business.

Strong interpersonal skills to represent the credit union positively.

Accuracy and attention to detail with proficiency in oral and written communication.

Ability to prioritize work and organize efficiently to meet deadlines.

Well‑developed problem‑solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives.

Ability to plan, organize, implement, and interpret programs, goals, policies, projects, and procedures.

Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.

Computer literacy and experience.

Punctual attendance and active participation in meetings.

Availability for flexible and non‑traditional work hours, including evenings and weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).

Must be bondable.

Must be registered pursuant to the S.A.F.E. Act.

Reporting Relationship Reports to the Vice President / Regional Branch Manager as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities Responsible for the supervision of assigned branch staff members.
