Upwards ABA is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children develop new skills and reach their fullest potential.
Base pay range : $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in the community. Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Collect and document client progress data. Work collaboratively with families and clinical team members. Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions. Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required). High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children or in ABA therapy a plus (not required). Ability to pass background check. Reliable transportation for local travel.
