Base pay range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Free access to the RBT certification course for candidates with experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting, such as camps, daycare, tutoring, or mentoring.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan
Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials
Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA
Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards
Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements
