Primary Care - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location: 280 South Main St, Cheshire, CT 10471. Full‑time, weekdays only, no call required.

Role Overview Join Hartford HealthCare’s primary care team in small‑town Cheshire. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you provide routine physical examinations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care according to established guidelines and in collaboration with the practice physician(s). You identify problems outside your scope of practice and refer appropriately to a physician.
Qualifications
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible).
APRNs (Family, Adult/Geri) or PA training.
1+ year experience in primary care or related outpatient setting.
