This role is designed for experienced healthcare executives, investors, former operators, or physician-leaders with deep exposure to healthcare finance, capital allocation, and growth-stage scaling. As a Healthcare Capital Strategy Advisor, you will help guide how ATCA structures, deploys, and optimizes capital to support clinic expansion, operational scale, and sustainable enterprise growth. You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership to evaluate capital strategy, assess growth investments, and ensure financial decisions align with clinical excellence, operational discipline, and long-term mission impact. Responsibilities Include Capital Strategy & Allocation: Provide strategic guidance on how capital should be deployed across clinic expansion, technology investment, clinical infrastructure, and operational scaling. Growth Financing Insight: Advise leadership on capital planning considerations associated with multi-clinic expansion, including timing, pacing, and use of proceeds. Unit Economics & Return Analysis: Support evaluation of clinic-level and enterprise-level economics to ensure capital investments drive sustainable returns and scalability.
