You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership, clinical leadership, and operations teams to evaluate growth opportunities, refine business models, and ensure strategic decisions support sustainable expansion and high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities Include Business Strategy & Growth Planning: Provide strategic guidance on ATCA’s business model, growth priorities, and long-term strategic roadmap. Unit Economics & Financial Strategy: Advise on optimizing clinic-level economics, pricing strategy, payer mix, and cost structures to support scalable growth.
