Role Overview: We're seeking a motivated Associate Recruitment Consultant to drive full-cycle talent acquisition for experienced Snowflake resources. In this dynamic role, you'll source and qualify candidates from the US, Canada, and LATAM, while contributing to business development, marketing, and account management. You'll play a key part in matching Snowflake experts (e.g., SnowPro-certified Architects and Data Engineers) with US-based clients on hourly contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter to grow in a niche, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Qualifying Candidates:
Identify, engage, and screen experienced Snowflake professionals across the US, Canada, and LATAM using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and our network; conduct interviews to ensure fit for client needs. Business Development:
Prospect and build relationships with potential clients, pitching CloudHive's on-demand contractor services to meet their Snowflake talent demands. Marketing Support:
Contribute to targeted campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn posts, email outreach) to attract top Snowflake talent and promote our services to US-based customers. Account Management:
Maintain strong client relationships, manage contract placements, gather feedback, and ensure seamless delivery of hourly-billed resources. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end processes, from requisition intake to placement and follow-up, while tracking metrics for continuous improvement.
We are open to entry level candidates seeking their first role in recruitment, as well as individuals with some recruitment experience.
Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese is attractive, but not a necessity.
