HFM Developer
Financial Systems & Cloud Migration Location:
Richardson / Plano, Texas Role Overview The HFM Developer supports and enhances Oracle Hyperion Financial Management for corporate finance teams, leading troubleshooting, optimization, and migration activities as the platform moves to a cloud environment. Main Responsibilities Deliver day-to-day L2/L3 support for HFM, including metadata maintenance, issue investigation, and end-user guidance. Analyze and resolve problems related to consolidations, data loads, business rules, mappings, and financial reports. Drive month-end and quarter-end close activities such as process monitoring, data checks, and reconciliations. Administer user security and promote stable, high-performing HFM applications. Maintain and enhance integrations with ERP platforms, FDMEE, SmartView, and reporting solutions. Contribute to planning, design, and execution of HFM migration projects to cloud platforms. Partner with infrastructure teams on deployments, testing cycles, and performance tuning. Create and update runbooks, technical documentation, and post-migration support materials. Required Experience and Skills 37 years of hands-on Hyperion Financial Management work (rules, metadata, Classic / EPMA). Strong knowledge of financial close processes, consolidation workflows, and reporting timelines. Background with AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud technologies and migration efforts. Preferred Qualifications Oracle HFM implementation certification. Prior involvement in EPM / HFM cloud migration projects. Working knowledge of SQL or scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
