Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Hyperion FDMEE, HFM, Oracle EPM FCCS, and EPCM
Roles & Responsibilities Development, integration, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Knowledge transfer and coordination of assigned activities throughout the term of the Statement of Work (SOW)
Lead or support implementations of: Oracle FCCS Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) Narrative Reporting Design, configure, and support data integrations using Data Exchange/Data Integration tools Provide both functional and technical guidance across EPM modules and migration from On-Prem to SaaS
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation: Design documents Solution overviews Process flows Train administrators and end users on system features and best practices Develop and optimize allocation rules in EPCM for performance and accuracy Support data conversion and cash flow testing Implement automation using Python, Groovy scripting, or PyCaf Ensure solution compliance with governance and data standards Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Project Management teams
Generic Managerial Skills, If any Participate in PMO activities, including: Daily/Weekly status updates Progress tracking Timely risk and issue reporting
