We are seeking a Senior System Administrator who can take ownership of technical projects, work directly with client leadership, and deliver modern infrastructure and cloud solutions. This is a project-driven role focused on design and implementation, with occasional escalations. It offers the opportunity to blend hands-on engineering with strategic, client-facing work.
What You Will Do Scope, design, and deliver IT projects for small and mid-sized business clients Implement and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, including migrations and hybrid setups Configure and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments Manage and support virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V Configure routers, switches, and firewalls, and optimize network performance Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery Create and maintain accurate documentation for all project work
What You Bring Two or more years of experience in a Managed Services Provider Strong technical foundation across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server Hands-on experience with virtualization and cloud migrations Skilled in networking, firewalls, and infrastructure security Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills Ability to balance multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
