Were seeking a Senior System Administrator with previous MSP experience whos ready to take ownership of challenging projects while mentoring others and driving technical excellence. This is a hands-on engineering role with the freedom to innovate, architect, and lead. Youll design and implement cloud, networking, and virtualization solutions that make a lasting impact for clients of all sizes.
Day to Day: Architect and deliver infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization projects from concept to completion Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid Active Directory environments Configure and manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, and wireless networking solutions Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix) and cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS) Implement and manage SAN storage and backup strategies Lead Microsoft 365 migrations and security configurations (Exchange, SharePoint, MFA) Collaborate with internal engineers and clients to ensure flawless project execution
Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Managed Services Provider or IT consulting environment Proven background in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server Expertise with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization and networking fundamentals Strong project management and documentation skills Excellent communication and client interaction ability
