Embedded Developer

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware and software for microcontrollers and SoCs.
Interface with hardware design teams to define system architecture and requirements.
Optimize embedded code for performance, memory usage, and power efficiency.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests; support system validation and debugging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, QA, and product management.
Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement processes.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies in embedded systems and apply them when appropriate.
Required Skills
C/C++ embedded software development experience on Linux based SoC.
Hands‑on experience in IT/Telecom on software and hardware solutions, with a wide breadth and ability to deep‑dive into different technical areas as needed.
Relevant network knowledge (Residential gateways, IPv4/IPv6, TR‑181, 802.11, Ethernet).
Experience on RDK‑B (Wi‑Fi RDK‑B CCSP, HAL and BBF TR‑181 Data Model).
Experience on Broadcom based SoC (Broadcom SoC Wi‑Fi driver debug commands).
Autonomy: project leadership will be remote and requires strong independence.
Leadership: project software maturity convergence requires a certain level of seniority and the ability to decide daily on appropriate software development activities to secure overall project schedule.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, or related field.
