In this role, you’ll lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, designers, subcontractors, and field teams to keep every detail aligned. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and documentation while guiding projects to successful completion. What You Will Do
Lead projects from contract signing through final closeout and warranty
Develop, manage, and communicate project schedules in coordination with superintendents and subcontractors
Coordinate and track submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders
Conduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and field leadership
Prepare monthly pay applications and review subcontractor payment requests
Oversee procurement, delivery schedules, and supplier coordination
Partner with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, and productivity
Represent Blair in owner and architect project coordination meetings
Manage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and financial performance
Ensure all project requirements are completed, including inspections and Certificate of Occupancy
What You Bring
College degree required. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a closely related field preferred.
5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
Proven track record managing projects through full completion
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and scheduling
Experience with subcontractor coordination, documentation control, and financial tracking
Proficiency with Excel, scheduling software and project management tools such as Autodesk Build and Procore
Clear, professional communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Even Better If You Have
OSHA 30‑hour certification or formal safety training
Field operations or superintendent experience that deepens constructability insight
History of managing multiple concurrent projects
Experience with design‑build or technically complex facilities
