Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within Wealth Management or Private Banking Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio management Experience with advisor/RIA engagement models and reporting Knowledge of client lifecycle management and digital wealth platforms In-depth understanding of capital markets and financial instruments Solid technology orientation with hands-on experience in data-driven and digital systems Proven experience working in regulated financial environments with a strong focus on compliance Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable insights
