To learn more, visit .* Build strong client, industry, and technical community relationships and represent Apex Systems as leaders in Industry and Professional events and communities. Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.* Demonstrate expert-level technical knowledge, skills, and effective professional consulting skills. Serve as a subject matter expert. Build trust and respect among internal and external stakeholders and model collaborative teamwork.* Analyze and document the current state versus the future state of projects. Design, develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with project objectives, timelines, and the SDLC framework.* Partner with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to integrate change management activities into the SDLC process, from requirements gathering through deployment and sustainment.* Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and sponsor engagement to understand the effects of proposed changes on the organization, assess change readiness, and address potential adoption challenges.* Design and deliver effective communications, training programs, and support materials tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.* Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to promote engagement and gather insights throughout the project lifecycle.* Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, using data to refine approaches and ensure business objectives are met.* Manage methods, channels, and distribution lists to enable business transformation training and engagement, including feedback channels for evaluation effectiveness, as needed.* Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enable them to serve as change champions within their teams.* Identify and mitigate risks related to organizational adoption, resistance, and cultural shifts. Document lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.* Oversee and ensure all deliverables are met in alignment with the Statement of Work with a focus on exceptional delivery. Develop and track metrics to evaluate the performance of the project, including KPIs and project success metrics. Create workflows, dashboards, and reports to provide the team with meaningful operational and performance metrics. Create and present bi-weekly and quarterly project status reports for clients.* Demonstrate professional level consulting skills, leadership skills, and executive-level communication/presentation skills. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to acquire skills to meet business needs.* Continually innovate, seek creative solutions, and find new ways of adding value. Listen and seek to understand the client and meet their needs, proactively provide solutions and approach adversity with a consultative, solution-focused mindset.* Stay attuned to the future needs of the client and work with internal resources to identify opportunities. Participate in sales pursuits by providing strategic guidance, estimates, scoping and other pre-sales activities.* 6+ years of experience in organizational change management, including leading change initiatives for technology or SDLC-driven projects* 3+ years of Project and Program Management experience preferred* Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field (applicable education and experience may be substituted) Master’s Degree a plus.* Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP), or equivalent experience required. Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant Agile certifications preferred.* Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts, including building change strategy, Stakeholder Analysis, Sponsor Engagement, Impact Analysis, etc.* Demonstrated expertise in SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and how OCM intersects with each phase.* Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to end users.* Experience developing and delivering training and communications for large-scale system implementations.* Demonstrate professional consulting skills, leadership abilities, and executive-level communication and presentation skills. Show adaptability and flexibility to meet business needs.* Well-versed in virtual coaching and training techniques and collaboration tools. Excellent creative, conceptual, storytelling, analytic thinking and problem-solving skills.* Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work in team setting and independently.
