What You’ll Do
Build and program Niagara (Tridium) stations, databases, graphics packages, and DDC controller logic.
Develop control sequences based on project submittals and HVAC system design.
Perform system checkout, startup, testing, and full commissioning on BAS projects.
Review, verify, and revise submittal documentation to ensure accuracy before programming and field deployment.
Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot communication networks, and provide solutions that restore proper operation.
Complete service repairs, calibration, and adjustments on existing control systems.
Offer technical support and occasional training to field technicians and project teams.
Work with IP networks, integrations, and BACnet-based control architectures.
Use appropriate hand and power tools during commissioning and service tasks.
What You Need
5+ years of experience programming complex HVAC DDC/BAS systems.
Strong proficiency with Niagara Tridium (Niagara 4 preferred) and BACnet controllers.
Ability to read and interpret plans, wiring diagrams, and submittal packages.
Solid understanding of HVAC sequences of operation and control strategies.
General knowledge of IP networking and device communication.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Certifications
Niagara Tridium N4
Distech GFX or similar manufacturer-specific credentials
