With in‑house manufacturing and multiple digital storefronts, the company is building a lifestyle brand that inspires customers and partners alike.
The
Vice President of Creative
is a visionary, hands‑on leader responsible for defining and elevating the brand’s creative direction across all channels. This executive will establish a cohesive brand voice, develop design systems, and lead all creative output—including digital, print, product storytelling, packaging, photography, and environmental design.
This role requires a leader with deep
DTC ecommerce
expertise, a sharp understanding of consumer behavior, and an ability to translate brand values into compelling visual and narrative experiences. The VP of Creative will partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, and Operations to bring the brand to life at every touchpoint and support the company’s evolution into a fully realized lifestyle brand.
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in creative roles, including significant experience in
DTC ecommerce
for premium or luxury consumer brands.
Proven success leading brand creative, content, storytelling, and digital design at scale.
Portfolio demonstrating strong creative direction, brand building, and ecommerce‑driven creative performance.
Experience working with product, merchandising, and manufacturing teams preferred.
Strong understanding of modern brand‑building across both DTC and B2B environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Visionary thinker with a passion for design, storytelling, and consumer experience.
Highly strategic yet willing to be hands‑on when needed.
Data‑informed, with a refined aesthetic sensibility.
Collaborative, energetic, and able to inspire creative and cross‑functional teams.
