Senior Manager, Program Management – Noke at Janus International
Employment type: Full‑time.
As the Sr. Manager of Program Management, you will execute New Product Introduction (NPI) and business‑unit level initiatives as structured programs, working closely with cross‑functional teams to establish a shared goal and vision. You will be a process expert designing appropriate processes based on program context and keep communication flowing with live dashboards for OKR tracking.
Responsibilities
Design and execute projects through a structured New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from ideation to post‑launch enablement.
Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, communicate effectively, and proactively minimize risks and issues to drive program success.
Build valued working relationships with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with outstanding written and verbal communication talent.
Take full ownership of program success by driving alignment, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality results that support business objectives.
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Ensure the team has tools, guidance and established priorities to lead programs/projects successfully.
Establish and measure quarterly objectives and key results (OKR) for the team.
Serve as a champion and/or change agent for process improvement initiatives.
Consistently deliver results and adapt to evolving priorities.
Qualifications
Strong background in IoT‑based product lines that include software, hardware and services bundling.
Previously led large‑scale programs/projects as a Program Manager, ideally in the B2B domain.
Demonstrated confidence in communicating effectively with cross‑functional technical teams, business organizations, vendors and leadership.
10+ years of relevant Program Management experience within engineering, preferably product development.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to communicate with all levels of management.
Experience with Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Office products is a must.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Experience with Agile or SAFe frameworks is a plus.
25% travel required.
Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus.
