as a Senior Manager, Sales for the Mulesoft SMB segment. The role is a Key Leadership Position in the Sales organization, responsible for leading a high‑performing sales team that generates revenue in the SMB Pooled sales operations and meets individual, team and organizational quotas.

Your Impact
Develop and execute a thriving and diverse team that is trusted as a customer advisor.
Support Account Executives by leading client meetings, engaging cross‑functional resources and creating winning strategies.
Recruit, hire and train a high‑performing sales team of up to 5 direct reports.
Build strong team unity and collaboration, leading weekly forecast meetings.
Drive pipeline generation initiatives to maximize revenue generating opportunities for the customer account(s).
Coach and professionally develop Account Executives to maintain high closure rates and opportunity identification.
Engage C‑level customers and develop the Go‑to‑Market strategy for the account(s).
Accurately report sales activity and forecasting to Sales Management and consistently monitor and enhance team sales activities.
Enforce an inclusive, winning team spirit that celebrates diversity, inclusion and inclusion.
Required Skills
Proven experience in Digital Transformation, multi‑product sales (Software / SaaS / Cloud).
Strong, demonstrated enterprise sales experience working with complex customers.
Ext people management experience of a sales team, up to 5 reports.
Passion for building a thriving and diverse team.
Proven ability to create and inspire high‑performing teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships internally and externally.
Enthusiasm for supporting team development and for continuous self‑improvement.
Excellent negotiation skills and a self‑starter that can thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to travel globally when required.
