We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture, legacy application modernization, and next-generation technology enablement for automotive R&D. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions supporting innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and implement scalable AWS cloud solutions to support R&D and emerging technology projects.
Lead the modernization of legacy applications, primarily built in PHP and related technologies.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams across multiple local sites to ensure architectural alignment with business and technical objectives.
Define, implement, and promote best practices for security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, reusable reference architectures, and solution patterns.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience as an AWS Enterprise Solution Architect (AWS certifications strongly preferred).
Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong, hands‑on experience in modernizing legacy applications, particularly PHP‑based systems.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and related tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in automotive or R&D environments.
Knowledge of serverless architectures or event‑driven design patterns.
Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi‑account AWS environments.
