Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Position Overview We are hiring a Senior Creative Director who will partner directly with the Brand Director and lead the creative team to execute a powerful, unified go‑to‑market strategy. This role owns the translation of the category‑defining mission into world‑class creative systems, campaigns, visuals, and narratives.

This is not a “content” or “design management” role. This is a brand‑shaping, market‑moving creative leadership role at one of the most ambitious technology companies being built today.

Role Overview As Senior Creative Director, you will be the creative engine behind the brand rollout — building, elevating, and evolving the creative identity of a company launching a new global standard for digital trust. You will work hand‑in‑hand with the Brand Director to define creative direction, shape brand presentation, and ensure execution across every touchpoint feels premium, modern, and unmistakable. You will also lead and mentor a creative team (design, art direction, motion, visual communication), ensuring alignment to a cohesive go‑to‑market strategy.

What You’ll Own

Partner directly with the Brand Director to convert go‑to‑market strategy into bold creative direction.

Lead and inspire designers, art directors, visual communicators, and external creative partners.

Build a creative culture anchored in taste, precision, and world‑class execution.

Brand Go‑To‑Market Execution

Translate strategic brand positioning into campaigns, visuals, product narratives, and launch moments.

Architect creative systems that scale across enterprise, consumer, government, and platform‑facing channels.

Ensure all creative output reinforces the brand’s positioning: powerful, innovative, sovereign, and premium.

Campaign & Concept Development

Own concepting for major launch initiatives, storytelling arcs, and global creative themes.

Build magazine‑quality decks, brand books, and creative narratives for internal and external audiences.

Present directly to the Brand Director and CEO with clarity, conviction, and strategic insight.

Creative Quality & Velocity

Maintain an elite creative standard while operating with high speed and adaptability.

Deliver multiple creative routes for each brief — always offering elevated options beyond the ask.

Ensure version control, organization, and clarity across all creative workstreams.

Who You Are You are a visionary creative leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, innovation, and design.

Experience

10+ years of creative, brand, or design leadership in high‑performing creative environments.

Experience launching global or high‑impact products.

A portfolio demonstrating world‑class brand systems, campaigns, visual storytelling, and presentation design.

Skills

Exceptional creative intuition paired with strategic thinking.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design (PowerPoint/Keynote).

Ability to translate technical ideas into compelling visual narratives.

Superb communication and leadership abilities.

High taste and high standards.

Organized, velocity‑driven, and detail‑obsessed.

Comfortable working directly with top leadership.
