Account Manager - Audio & Visual Integration
Base pay: $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding client base and increasing revenue.
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to align services and solutions with client needs.
Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Provide regular reports on account status, including sales results and market trends.
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team to ensure a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in an Account Management or Business Development role within the Audio & Visual industry.
Proven ability to manage key accounts, develop new business, and meet or exceed targets.
Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and make sound decisions.
Exceptional team building skills, with a track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
A strong understanding of the construction industry, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Preferred a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
