Responsibilities & Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in object-oriented programming using
Python , with expert-level software development and design skills
Strong experience building
production-grade, API-driven applications
using
FastAPI
and API Gateway integrations
Deep hands-on experience across the
GenAI lifecycle , including:
RAG pipelines : document ingestion, chunking strategies, embeddings, retrieval, re‑ranking, and summarization
Strong understanding of
Agentic architectures , enabling orchestration, tool usage, and multi-step reasoning
Expertise in
prompt engineering , including:
Prompt optimization
Grounding and context management
