Job Title: Tax Manager Job Location: Fully Remote (Must be in EST or CST) Job Salary: $120k - $170k+ Requirements: Must have 4-5+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm), at least 1 Year as a Tax Manager (or supervisor), and an Active CPA or EA.

What You Will Be Doing
Reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates
Planning and managing personnel
Maintain client relationships – knowledge of clients and all facets of the client's business
Recommend/identify tax strategies that better position a client
Understand client tax issues/research tax issues
Assist other tax members with accounting responsibilities
What You Need for this Position
Must have 4-5+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm)
At least 1 Year as a Tax Manager or Supervisor
Active CPA or EA
Medical, Dental, Vision – 100% Paid by Employer
Capped Busy Season Hours – No more than 50‑55 hours during busy season
Unlimited PTO
401k Match – 4% Match by Employer
Paid Holidays – 11 Paid Holidays
Discretionary Bonuses – up to 10%
