Director of CSP Semiconductor Sales - Seattle
JSG is searching for a Director of CSP Semiconductor Sales for our client in the Seattle, WA area. This is a direct hire position with competitive salary with commission/bonus, remote work, and outstanding benefits. Perfect opportunity to join an industry leader in a hot market.
Job Duties
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive wins and revenue growth at assigned accounts/territory
Serve as a “trusted advisor” to engineering and procurement teams and develop an understanding of the entire organization
Collaborate with internal teams including applications engineers, product line managers, and marketing to support customer requirements
Forecast revenue and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
Manage pricing negotiations, demand creation, and design-in activities across multiple projects for all company products
Qualifications
15+ years in technical sales leadership, applications engineering, or business development in the semiconductor industry
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem (ie. CSP, OEM, ODM, etc.) and prior experience working with Tier 1 CSPs and their ODM partners
Sold or was an FAE in Interconnect products – Retimers, Switch, Active Cables, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in navigating a multinational corporate environment to be effective in customer program execution and roadmap alignment
Self‑motivated and professional team player driven by success
Compensation Base salary of $150,000 – $250,000 plus commission based on role and experience.
