Content Marketing Lead
role at
GovEagle
Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
GovEagle has strong product-market fit and a growing presence in the GovCon ecosystem. As we move upmarket, our credibility, clarity, and point of view matter more than ever. We need a senior content owner who can define how GovEagle sounds in the world and consistently ship high-quality content that earns trust with proposal teams, capture leaders, and executives at government contractors.
This role owns our content engine end-to-end and is critical to how GovEagle builds authority in the market.
What you’ll do
Own GovEagle’s content strategy – Define editorial direction, publishing cadence, and priority themes across newsletters, blog, video, webinars, etc.
Create high-quality content – Write and edit clear, credible content that translates complex GovCon, AI, and product concepts into compelling narratives.
Build thought leadership – Establish GovEagle as a trusted voice in the proposal automation and GovCon AI space through original POV and non-generic insights.
Launch and run podcasts/webinars – Own positioning, guest selection, episode planning, and production oversight.
Own brand voice and narrative – Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and POV across all content surfaces.
Partner with SEO vendors – Work with external SEO partners to shape content priorities, translate keyword insights into strong editorial content, and support organic growth without compromising quality.
Support go-to-market teams – Create content that strengthens sales conversations, builds credibility with enterprise buyers, and shortens sales cycles.
Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with founders, product, sales, and customer teams to surface insights and stories worth telling.
We’ll click if you…
