Position Purpose The IoT Implementation Manager drives successful deployment and adoption of digital solutions, ensuring seamless configuration, onboarding, training, and ongoing optimisation in the field. This role is critical to enabling customer success and delivering measurable value aligned with our Illuminated Supply Chains strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the full implementation lifecycle of digital solutions, from scoping through post‑deployment support.
Ensure accurate setup and configuration of devices, models and SaaS platforms to meet business and customer requirements.
Deliver onboarding, training and hyper‑care to ensure customers achieve adoption and value realisation.
Monitor solution performance, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable insights to optimise operations.
Iterate to drive consistency, efficiency and scalability in deployments.
Provide remote and on‑ground support for customer testing and surveying activities.
Act as a liaison between customers, customer success, product teams and commercial teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Recognise and pursue opportunities for solution expansion and account growth.
Challenges / Problem Solving Analyse, reason and arrive at conclusions to solve routine, patterned or more complex problems related to implementation and customer success.
Travel Travel within the Americas, as necessary.
Key Contacts
Internal: Product, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Support, Hardware, Supply Chain, Digitalisation stakeholders.
External: Customers.
Qualifications
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
Technical skills in SQL and reporting.
Accountability and personal organisation.
Experience managing and training diverse groups to company standards.
Preferred knowledge of the logistics industry.
Rich project leadership and project management experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
2–5 years as an Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager or similar role in a SaaS business with a track record of driving customer adoption.
Deep understanding of SaaS/IoT solution offerings.
Experience promoting value through customer experience.
Ability to translate software functionality into continuous improvement.
Basic troubleshooting of end‑user issues.
Expertise in achieving customer delight via technical and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Knowledge
Technical: Python, Excel, Hive SQL, SQL, PySpark, reporting tools and visualisation tools.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $86,000 to $118,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on skill, experience and other factors.
