Key Responsibilities
Drive cost control, standard costing, and financial reporting for site performance
Lead annual budget, forecasting, and month‑end close
Partner on investment strategy, CAPEX projects, and long‑term planning
Implement governance, process improvements, and financial tools
Serve as strategic finance liaison across global, divisional, and site teams
Must-Have Experience
5+ years in cost and plant/operations finance within manufacturing
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (Sage 100, SAP a plus)
Proven ability to lead financial performance and partner at executive level
