Financial Controller (Plant Controller) Our client, a manufacturer of products that directly and positively impacts everyday lives, is currently seeking an operational hands-on Controller to support the GM. Annual Compensation

$125,000-$145,000 base plus annual incentive bonus Immediate Benefits Full medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one; 401(k) with strong company match and non-elective contributions Industry-leading PTO: 18 days + 10 paid holidays + 2 floaters; generous flexibility for life events Why This Controller Opportunity Stands Out High-visibility role with direct impact on strategic site and divisional financial performance; clear pathway for scope expansion (e.g., additional site oversight) Direct seat on the site leadership team, influencing transformation and business growth Executive visibility-reports to and partners with both local leadership and global finance Controller position will have a defined succession plan: opportunity to expand to additional sites as performance warrants Role critical to ongoing site development, $20M+ investment pipeline, and strategic transformation Mission-driven manufacturing: make measured impact on individuals and advance sustainability in their industry specific products Key Responsibilities of the Site Controller Drive cost control, standard costing, and financial reporting to accelerate site financial rigor and visibility Lead annual budget, forecasting, and month-end close activities to deliver timely, actionable business insights The Controller will aartner with leadership to shape investment strategy, CAPEX project management, and long-term site planning Establish robust governance, process improvement, and financial tools to support operational transformation Serve as strategic finance liaison to global, divisional, and site teams-balancing hands-on analysis with high-level influence Highly Preferred Skills/Experience of the Controller 5+ years relevant cost and plant/operations finance experience in a manufacturing environment Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills (build tools, complex formulas; Sage 100, SAP a plus) Demonstrated ability to lead financial performance and partner at executive/site leadership level
