Bobyard is hiring GTM & Partnerships to own market entry, pre-sales, and strategic partnerships as we expand into new construction trades.

This role is responsible for building traction

before

we fully deploy sales resources — securing early customers, pilots, and revenue in new trades, and turning those relationships into long-term, fully paying accounts. You’ll work closely with leadership, investors, advisors, and partners to earn early buy-in from large subcontractors and shape our expansion strategy.

In parallel, you’ll own Bobyard’s most strategic partnerships and integrations — from fintech to suppliers — creating new inbound channels, increasing value for customers, and directly driving revenue.

This is a highly hands‑on, revenue‑owning role at the center of Bobyard’s next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do Own pre‑sales for new trades

— backchanneling through investors, advisors, and partners to engage sophisticated subcontractors; securing beta testers and paid pilots; converting pilots into revenue. Build repeatable pre‑sales playbooks, formalize the strategy, and scale it as new trades launch.

Own strategic partnerships and integrations

— working closely with Product and Engineering on technical integrations, and with Marketing on channel partnerships. Define partnership strategy, build execution playbooks, and scale high‑leverage partners into durable inbound and revenue channels.

Drive revenue

— create early pipeline and market signal ahead of full GTM investment, directly influencing when and how Bobyard scales sales resources.

What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in GTM, partnerships, or business development at a high‑growth B2B or vertical SaaS company.

Proven ability to open new markets and land early anchor customers before full sales scale‑up.

Experience selling into or partnering with construction, industrial, or operationally complex industries (strong preference).

Strong network‑driven operator — comfortable back‑channeling through investors, advisors, and partners to unlock deals.

Commercially sharp and highly strategic; able to both close and design scalable motions.

Hands‑on builder who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of outcomes.
