About The Role As an AF Solutions Principal Clinical Specialist, you will champion Boston Scientific’s Watchman™ and FARAPULSE™ technologies. In a field‑based capacity, you will collaborate with healthcare providers to support adoption, deliver education, and strengthen Boston Scientific’s presence in a defined territory. This role demands expertise, relationship building, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes for atrial fibrillation and structural heart disease.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Educate current and potential customers on the safe and effective use of Watchman and FARAPULSE technologies through compelling presentations, hands‑on training, and clinical support.

Travel regularly to hospitals and clinics to assess customer needs, deliver procedural support, and guide physicians on best practices.

Build strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to identify opportunities for therapy adoption and market expansion.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, marketing, clinical research, and training—to deliver strategic insights and implement territory‑specific plans.

Champion new product launches and act as a resource for competitive intelligence within electrophysiology and structural heart.

Support market development initiatives by connecting with key opinion leaders, external fellows, and referring physicians to promote awareness and utilization.

Mentor and develop talent on the team, embracing Boston Scientific’s inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Monitor local clinical trial activity, including interest visits, site initiations, and protocol education.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures by maintaining current knowledge of clinical trial protocols and standards.

Participate in on‑call coverage as required to support critical case needs.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in clinical cardiology, medical device sales, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Structural Heart or Atrial Fibrillation desired.

Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to discuss and explain complex product information.

MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.

Compensation The anticipated annualized base range for this full‑time position is

$80,000

to

$120,000 , plus variable compensation under the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and core/optional benefits available at BSC.
