Oversight of multi‑department operations including machining and assembly
Proven turnaround or change management experience
Production planning with labor and efficiency focus
KPI ownership tied to utilization, efficiency, and on‑time delivery
Quality, safety, and compliance leadership
Budget management and cost control experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Day‑to‑Day Focus
Improve build efficiency and reduce labor hours
Implement and track manufacturing KPIs
Drive quality and safety standards
Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable
Preferred Background & Skills
Capital equipment or OEM manufacturing experience
Lean or continuous improvement exposure
Master’s degree
Strong change leadership and communication skills
Salary:
$115,000 - $125,000
