Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Proven senior‑level manufacturing or plant leadership experience Background leading multi‑department manufacturing operations Demonstrated success in operational turnarounds or major change initiatives Strong production planning, labor optimization, and KPI ownership experience Budget management, cost control, and margin improvement responsibility Quality, safety, and compliance leadership experience Must Haves
Hands‑on leadership across machining, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and test operations Building structure where processes are incomplete or inconsistent Establishing and tracking KPIs tied to utilization, efficiency, and on‑time delivery Driving labor efficiency improvements and throughput gains Leading accountability while improving morale and engagement Partnering with supply chain to align materials, scheduling, and capacity Implementing safety standards and improving compliance consistency Preferred Background & Skills
Capital equipment or OEM manufacturing experience Engineered‑to‑order or complex assembly environments Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure Experience implementing or working within an ERP/MRP system Master’s degree Strong executive communication and change leadership skills Job ID: 169013
