Job Summary:
The Senior ERP Specialist with expertise in Oracle BI will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions, with a focus on Oracle Business Intelligence. The role involves optimizing data models, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring the ERP system meets the organization's business requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing Oracle BI solutions within the ERP system.
Developing and maintaining data models to support BI reporting.
Optimizing BI dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements for BI solutions.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for BI tools and applications.
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in Oracle BI to recommend improvements.
Skill Requirements
In‑depth knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence tools and technologies.
Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and modules.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Experience in designing and optimizing data models for BI reporting.

Additional Requirement
Primary skill: OBIEE senior profile with exposure to SAP.
In depth understanding of SAP modules SD, MM, FICOPS.
Good understanding of end‑to‑end business process in O2C, P2P, PL2PRC2R including S4/HANA tables and reports in these processes.
Understanding of customization in S4 system including custom tables and CDS views reports.
Proficiency in data analysis, data reconciliation methods in S4 system.
Requirements gathering and analysis of reporting needs, translating them into technical specifications.
Experience with OAS, DV Data Visualization, and complex business logic.
Experience in Data Warehouse Integration with ETL knowledge and ability to resolve data discrepancy issues.
Experience in end‑to‑end process from source system analysis to OBIEE deployments with data reconciliation and validation skills.
Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
Proficiency in SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve data related issues.
Experience in OBIEE RPD modeling, designing snowflake schemas.
OBIEE Expert with thorough understanding of architecture and components.
Experience in writing and profiling complex PL/SQL queries and fetching data from large data sets efficiently in Oracle.
Experience in OBIEE Features such as cache, usage tracking, dimensional hierarchy, variable initialization blocks configuration, converting Snowflake Schema to Star Schema, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
