Early Career Talent Partner – Talent Acquisition Team

Location: Omaha, NE
How You’ll Help Move Us Forward
Manage the recruitment lifecycle for early‑career roles, including job posting, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and candidate communications.
Maintain market‑specific expertise and stay informed about evolving talent needs and diverse student interests.
Partner with universities and other early‑career talent pipelines to source and recruit top talent.
Build long‑term partnerships with academic institutions and student organizations.
Prepare for and attend career fairs and other recruiting events, while acting as a brand ambassador for Pacific Life.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to embed inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse talent pipelines across all markets.
Manage a recruiting calendar that may require up to 30% travel and frequent evening event attendance during campus recruitment season.
The Experience You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
Familiarity with recruitment technologies (event management, ATS, CRM, AI tools) and data‑driven hiring practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in early‑career talent acquisition is a plus.
Pay Range $71,550.00 - $87,450.00
