Job Description
As part of the OCI Multimodal AI Science Team, we are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead image generation model research and development efforts. As the video generation model scientist lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting‑edge video generation and manipulation technologies. You will lead a world‑class team of scientists in exploring new frontiers of video synthesis, style transfer, and video editing.
Responsibilities
Research: Conduct in-depth research on image and video generation techniques, including GANs, diffusion models, and other emerging approaches.
Model Development: Design, develop, and train state‑of‑the‑art generation models that meet the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high‑performing team of scientists and engineers to execute on ambitious technical goals.
Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate advanced generation capabilities into applications and products.
Innovation: Identify new opportunities for generation technology and explore emerging trends in the space.
Industry Awareness: Stay current with advancements in both image and video generation, ensuring our approaches remain cutting‑edge.
Qualifications
Expertise in image and video generation, GNAs, diffusion models, and emerging techniques.
Strong background in research, model development, and team leadership.
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally and driving product integration.
Track record of innovation and staying at the forefront of AI research.
Compensation & Benefits US: Hiring Range – $139,400 – $291,800 per year (eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral).
