About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Tax Manager
to lead complex business tax engagements and provide strategic guidance to clients. This role focuses on partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations, with auto dealership experience as a significant plus. While local candidates are preferred, we are open to professionals from surrounding states.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships, S corps, and C corps.
Oversee tax planning and compliance for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct advanced tax research and resolve complex tax issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to firm growth initiatives.
Qualifications
5–7 years of advanced business tax experience
(required).
Experience with auto dealership tax matters is highly desirable.
CPA license required.
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Work Arrangement
Local candidates preferred , but open to candidates from surrounding states.
Regional remote option available with occasional travel to client sites.
