Tax Manager | Reno, NV | Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced public accountant to lead tax compliance and planning for individuals, pass-throughs, and corporations. As a Tax Manager, you’ll manage complex returns, mentor staff, shape workflows, and serve as a trusted strategic resource for clients.
What you’ll actually do:
Lead tax compliance and planning for individuals, pass-throughs, and corporations.
Advise on multi‑state tax, residency planning, and high‑net‑worth structures.
Prepare and review complex returns while mentoring staff and fostering growth.
Partner with clients who value insight and see you as a strategic resource.
Shape workflows, improve processes, and support a high‑efficiency, quality‑focused team.

What you bring:
6+ years of public accounting tax experience.
Strong background with partnerships, S‑Corps, C‑Corps, and individual tax.
CPA preferred (EA also considered).
Strong technical skill and professional presence.

Compensation:
$115,000 – $130,000 (base)
Schedule:
Hybrid – mix of Reno office and focused remote days
