This role is responsible for leading all commercial operations for a manufacturing site, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and top-line profitability across commercial and military accounts. The position oversees inside sales, contract administration, forecasting, and market strategy while driving revenue growth, margin performance, and long-term customer partnerships.

Core Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in sales, contract administration, or purchasing
Preferred Requirements Senior-level experience driving commercial strategy and customer engagement Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, forging, and/or machining processes
Responsibilities
Lead the contract administration and inside sales team, supporting all customer-facing activities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profit margin, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and internal revenue targets.
Oversee order management from entry through delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships aligned with operational needs.
Negotiate and manage long-term customer contracts, including compliance, renewals, and growth opportunities.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and executive decision-making.
