For a motivated and dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney, this well‑established firm invites you to join our dynamic legal team. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate ready to dive into a rewarding career in Family Law.
Responsibilities
Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions
Review documents and conduct discovery with superior attention to detail
Conduct legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues
Prepare for and attend motions, conferences, hearings, and trials
Manage cases from inception to resolution under partner supervision
Build relationships with clients and opposing counsel
Participate in networking and business development activities
Ideal Candidate
Ability to work a case with limited supervision from senior attorney/partner
2+ years of private firm Family Law experience
Admission to California Bar in good standing
Experience in litigation and/or client development
Strong academic and employment credentials
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
