The attorney will handle plaintiff‑side personal injury and medical malpractice matters, with a strong emphasis on pre‑litigation, injury litigation, and trials. The role involves significant courtroom exposure, medical analysis, and high‑value settlement and trial work in state and federal courts. Responsibilities
Handle medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases from intake through trial Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, and court conferences Draft and argue procedural and substantive motions Prepare and conduct jury trials Perform in‑depth medical record analysis and evaluate causation Negotiate settlements and participate in ADR forums Communicate extensively with clients, medical professionals, experts, and opposing counsel Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in Arizona (required) 3+ years of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation experience Demonstrated trial readiness and courtroom confidence Self‑starter with excellent organizational and time‑management skills Required Skills
Exceptional legal writing (briefs, motions, memoranda, correspondence) Strong medical knowledge, including anatomy and causation analysis Proficiency with discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials Advanced research and computer skills Strong interpersonal communication with clients, attorneys, doctors, and third parties Compensation & Benefits
